3. Pricing, Shipping & Payment Terms

• Product Pricing: All prices listed on AyurJeevan are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
• Shipping Rates: A flat standard shipping charge of ₹30 applies to all online prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: Orders placed using Cash on Delivery incur a nominal additional fee of ₹10 (Total ₹40 shipping & handling) to cover courier handling fees.
• Order Verification: AyurJeevan reserves the right to verify COD orders via phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.

4. Customer Accounts & OTP Security

Customers may access order histories by signing in with their password or one-time Email verification code (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that contact numbers entered during checkout are accurate for smooth courier delivery.

5. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel any active order directly through your My Account portal free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, standard return guidelines apply.

All content on this site—including the AyurJeevan brand name, logo, product names (e.g. ZADU Tablet), photographs, graphics, text, and design—is the exclusive intellectual property of AyurJeevan and protected by Indian Copyright and Trademark legislation. Unauthorized duplication or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of orders placed on AyurJeevan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Assam, India.
